Undergraduate certificate in land development

The City and Regional Planning Program offers a certificate in land development for undergraduate in good standing at Georgia Tech. Graduate students who are not enrolled in the City and Regional Planning master's program may participate as well. The certificate is designed to provide specialized education in land development. Students tell us that the certificates make them more competitive in securing employment and in advancing to graduate education.

Students must complete nine credit hours in required and restricted elective courses. Georgia Tech requires a minimum grade point average of 2.7. The certificate is awarded upon graduation or the next semester after graduation. All courses must be taken from the City and Regional Planning Program. Students meeting these requirements may fill out a form (available from Dracy Blackwell) to request a certificate.
