Our information sessions are geared towards prospective graduate students of our programs. Come visit our campus and learn about city planning, our faculty research and engagement, what our graduates do while in school and after graduation, and each of our degree programs.
Because of demand, we are currently in the process of scheduling an additional Information Session for this Spring (2015). Please check back on Friday, January 30th for more information!
Our annual Open House will be held on March 27, 2015. If you are interested in visiting the school, learning more about our philosophy and meeting current students and faculty, please RSVP here.
We encourage potential applicants to visit the Georgia Tech campus when possible. If you are unable to attend an information session, a visit is best during the fall or spring semesters when the largest numbers of students and faculty are present. (See Georgia Tech’s academic calendar.)

There are several visitor parking lots available on campus on a first-come, first-serve basis. We suggest the parking deck at Technology Square, located fewer than four blocks from the East and West Architecture buildings. Rates range from $1.00 for less than one hour to $10.00 for an entire day. To get there from Techwood Dr. or Fowler St., go east on Fifth St. toward Technology Square. Turn right onto Spring St. The entrance is the first driveway on the right, immediately after the GT Hotel and Conference Center.
From the Technology Square parking deck, walk three blocks west on Fifth St. across the Fifth St. Bridge. The rear of the East and West Architecture Buildings will be on the left, beside the Klaus Advanced Computing Building. Georgia Tech’s complimentary shuttle, the Tech Trolley, also runs from Technology Square and stops on Fifth St. close to the rear of the East and West Architecture Buildings.
Other Visitor Parking Areas
Other visitor parking areas can be found at this link. We suggest Area 2 (Student Center Visitor Lot) located adjacent to the Student Center, or Area 4 (State Street Visitor Lot) located on Ferst Dr., between Hemphill and State Street.
